Make this your next flipper project! Great house, great bones, great foundation. All the electrical and plumbing work as they should. House will need interior cosmetic such as flooring paint and update to kitchen and baths. Will need roof (although not leaking just very old), gutters and exterior siding. Basement is walkout and has drainage issues because of the slope of the land. Basement is finished and will need to be gutted because of water and mold from the drainage issue that was never addressed. House has two great working furnaces one for each floor and two A/C unites one for each floor with separate thermostats. Both furnace and A/C is in good working order, not sure of A/C age but furnaces are just under 10 years old. There is a brand new water heater.
