This house has been completely remodeled 3 years ago. The carpet currently needs replaced and the central AC stopped working. Furnace and water heater work good. Solid stone foundation no issues. The house was entirely rewired with new electrical and all new plumbing as well. Kitchen and bath are both updated with new cabinets and tile floors.
Currently rented for 600/mo. Tenants are month to month and will stay if AC is fixed.
